Residential options at Westerville will cater to all life stages from young professionals to families, empty nesters and retirees.
Established in 2015 as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the development of the Westerville township, Groot Westerville Development (Pty) Ltd is 80% owned by Groot Management Systems (Pty) Ltd and 20% owned by Steelbuild Namibia CC., both are Namibia-based and owned companies.
